How to top up

• Choose a game on the home page.
• Enter your account details (User ID / Player ID / Zone ID) correctly.
• Choose an amount and payment method, then click Buy Now.
• Review the summary, then click Confirm & Pay.
• Pay the exact amount, upload your receipt, and confirm to our admin via WhatsApp.
• Track the status on the Track Order page.

How long does it take?

Orders are processed manually by our admins once the payment is verified, usually within minutes during operating hours.

How do I find my account ID?

• Roblox: open your profile; the User ID is the number in the profile URL. Your username is shown on the profile.
• Free Fire: tap your avatar at the top left; the Player ID is below your nickname.
• Mobile Legends: tap your avatar at the top left; the User ID and Zone ID are shown, e.g. 123456789 (1234).

I entered the wrong ID

Contact our admin via WhatsApp immediately, before the order is processed. Orders already sent to a wrong ID cannot be reversed.

I lost my verification code

Contact our admin via WhatsApp with your invoice number and payment receipt.
