General terms

• By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
• Make sure your game account details are correct. Mistakes in account details are the buyer's responsibility.
• Prices may change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown on your invoice when the order was created.

Payment

• Payments are made via QRIS or bank transfer to the official accounts listed on this website.
• Pay the exact amount shown. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after the deadline.
• Orders are processed after our admin verifies the payment.

Cancellation & refunds

• Orders that have not been processed can be cancelled by contacting our admin.
• Refunds are only issued when a top up fails on our side.
• Orders successfully delivered to the account entered by the buyer cannot be reversed.
